Seminars, workshops,
training session's n some core areas especially; Democratic
participation and sustainable Development.

non-financial support do you need to do these
activities?
Technical, Human Resource & Equipment,
Training of trainers workshops.
c) If funds were available,
what youth activities related to a CoP would your organization like
to do?
Keep educational workshops etc. on the core areas,
development of a (COP) task force on the island.

What non-financial support does your organization need for CoP
activities?
Technical, materials for sessions,/workshops,
training sessions, equipment.
2. a) What changes in youth
policies do you think the government/leadership in your country
should make to promote a CoP?
The enactment of (1)
Youth policy, (2) Juvenile Justice system, policy to deal with the
incarceration of young offenders.
b) What CoP youth
activities/initiatives do you think the UN should do?
Sponsor
a youth conference for discussion on the areas to develop a document
which persons would take back to their countries for implementation
-Un to assist in the implementation.

Establish a system of
country representatives who will be invited to caucus
discussions.
4. What could be done to improve/ensure
transparency and flow of information in promoting the
CoP?
Develop e- group and newsletters / magazines

To ensure the best possible benefit of a UN Voluntary Fund for youth
and CoP, how should it be managed/administered?
UN- voluntary
Fund youth desk at the UN headquarters to be managed by youth with
UN technical Supoort.
6. How can youth not yet involved in
CoP activities be reached and motivated?
With the development
of a COP activist group who will run sessions for recruitment and
promote positive alternatives to these persons.
