Topic: How to prevent fear being used as an excuse to withdraw inalienable human rights, How to create an all-win environement where human rights are honored and we can thrive without harming others: examples

The ALL-Win Network presents the book: Fearless. Ordinary People Doing Extraordinary Things in a World Gripped by Fear.

Fearless is an exciting novel, which provides valuable insights into the principles governing the rapid changes we are experiencing today. These worldwide changes cause fear, weaken people through stress-related diseases, and invite abuses of power, using fear as a weapon. Whether we read the story for its heart-warming characters and the contributions they are each able to make to a culture of peace, regardless of their background and capacities, or for its gripping plot, we learn what makes us viable as a species and how we can apply this to the challenges we face individually.
This novel has specific recommendations for business people, educators, statesmen and women, NGOs and others confronted with the challenges of living in to-day’s rapidly globalizing world. It presents an anatomy of fear and its resolution--both profoundly complex and yet compellingly simple once you know where to begin.
Fearless provides a harrowing account of how fear takes over government policies and infects the lives of their citizens. Only the powerful drive to live and thrive can dispel it. But can the compelling all-win principle stop the epidemic of fear that has most of the world in its grip?
The story opens in the year 2010 in a sumptuous mansion on the idyllic Costa Rican shore where Bertram, a business consultant, Pim, a systems scientist, and Mary and her crew of young people meet in an out and out attempt to halt the fear epidemic.
Fear is causing wholesale slaughter in the nation of Kukundu, gaining momentum in over 100 dictatorships, and securing a stranglehold on the “free” world. In the background lurk the Masters of Fear themselves, the Holy Order of the Snake, close to gaining control of the Planet.
As the narrative leads us from people working in the underground resistance to people at the U.N., and from street children to Heads of State, we experience the heights to which the human spirit can soar and the power available to “ordinary” people (from young to very old). We also become acquainted with the tools that we, too, can use to break through the confines of fear. For there are frightening parallels between the fear epidemic set in 2010 and today’s world.

Fearless combines front-line scientific information about the nature of our universe with fascinating material addressing the deepest recesses of the human soul.  To be read and enjoyed by everyone keen on knowing what this world -- and we ourselves -- are really like.
