QUESTIONNAIRE
Firstly) Is your organization youth-led or primarily youth-serving? Please explain briefly.
Yes,
our organization is primarily YOUTH serving as all the events are
conducted by youth and have its main aim to create conditions for them
to take responsibility for their life and joint their visions and
actions for creating culture of peace society
1. INDIVIDUAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIVITIES
a) If funds were available, what youth activities related to
a culture of peace (CoP) would you like to do as an individual?
I
would create an international youth Culture of Peace camp and an
international info center for bringing the stream of creative
information all over the world
b) What non-financial support would you need to do these activities?
Informational support
c) If funds were available, what youth activities related to
a CoP would your organization like to do?
We have been doing it for 10 years even without any financial support and we will be happy to get the financial support for
- creating a net of YOUTH Culture of Peace festivals at Urals, Altai, Baikal, Siberia, Black sea (Russia)

a net of international info Planet 3000 centers for it is time to
spread the creative info and we have been doing it from flats for 10
years
d) What non-financial support would your organization need to do these activities?
Information for promoting the Planet 3000 events on the international level
2. SUPPORT FROM GOVERNMENT AND THE UN
Including
the Planet 3000 events into the program of UN - for e.g. the 11 the
Education for World Citizens congress to be held at 17-21
October 2007 in Chelyabinsk
a) What changes in youth policies do you think the government/leadership in your country should make to promote a CoP?
- The Basis condition is again EDUCATION for everybody to grow and awaken WHO ARE WE.

They should organise the steam of positive information for creating
healthy way of life and totally take off advertisement of alcohol

They should create a Governmental program for mass construction of
cheap flats and houses for young families to be able start
self-sufficient life
b) What CoP youth activities do you think the UN should carry out?
They should
- New Education (see above)
- a stream of CREATIVE information about healthy way of life, coordinated created Culture of Peace activities
- new beliefs based on responsibility of thoughts, words, actions
- promote films, TV, radio for presenting Culture of Peace visions and actions

to put together heads of youth and youth oriented aganizations and to
conduct this event - WORLD YOUTH FORUM - according to NEW
principles of cooperation (without speaking about problems) but
effectively putting together visions and actions using know how
technologies of developing cooperation (Planet 3000 team can be if use)
OTHER QUESTIONS
3. Do you have any suggestions or recommendations for improving youth
participation in CoP activities on any level (UN, government, civil
society)?
UN, government and civil society -
1. to accept
Education for world Citizens concept as to create a NEW EDUCATION based
on real life tasks and ability of young people to take responsibility
for their life, to be able to awaken their life destination, the
ability to create projects, cooperate for realising these projects. So,
young people should be ready for LIFE after school and be
- healthy
- self-organized
- creative
- capable to live in peace - to really be able creating Culture of Peace society
2.
To conduct World YOUTH Culture of Peace forum to be conducted according
to the new principles in atmosphere of trust, cooperation, consent and
love (Planet 3000 team can be of use)
4. What could be done to improve/ensure transparency and flow of information in promoting the CoP?
For
this we should again remember about the necessity to include the
majority of people into creating processes and promote films, TV
programs for awakening life destination, beauty of life and its
possibilities
- to finance creating info centers of those
organizations who have already been working for promoting Culture of
Peace visions and actions and those who intends doing it
- creating studios for spreading CoP films and info
5. To ensure the best possible benefit of a UN Voluntary Fund for youth on the CoP, how should it be managed/administered?
It
should be managed according to real projects declared for the agreed
period of time - for example at the end of the year they get the
programs of activities and then they create groups of people who "lead"
and guide this or that region and take an active part in the projects
6. How can youth not yet involved in CoP activities be reached and motivated to get involved?
By a stream of INFO, steam of CoP events, by means of NEW EDUCATION
7. a) Which other organizations do you know of, that work for a CoP?
- Pegagogical League (Irkutsk, Russia)
- Center of Eurasian projects (Urals, Russia)
- Mother Foundation (Rostov-on-Don, Russia)
- VZY! Production (Canada)
