1 a) Peaceful education, non-violent conflict resolution, gender.
c) Strengthening
the capacities of the multi-ethnic clubs in 3 high schools in two
cities in Macedonia. This means organizing workshops form the area of
non-violent conflict resolution, which is peace education, and camps on
similar subjects as well as developing active approach for raising the
public awareness.
d) One experienced volunteer with experience in these kind of projects and experience in raising funds for this kind of activities. Probably some materials such as: T-shirts with peace messages, etc.
2.a) The
Professors working in the multi-ethnic clubs to start working on a
pay-roll instead of volunteering, and the peace education to become to
be incorporated in the teaching curriculums.
b) To support
financially the our program for non-violent elaboration of conflicts or
at least one part of it- for strengthening of the multi-ethnic clubs in
the high schools in Macedonia.

4. We
have made an evaluation of our project in 2005. We gave it to the
Ministry for education of Republic of Macedonia. The evaluation was
made by OSCE, and the outcome was that in the clubs where FCEWM was
working, there is a significant difference compared to the clubs which
were left on their own. These clubs were formed by the Government
of Republic of Macedonia as a path towards the peace after the
conflict in 2001.
5. Established in 1992 The First Children’s
Embassy in the World - Megjashi is recognized as the leading Macedonian
NGO for advocating and promoting children’s’ rights. In 2001
Megjashi was the first ever recipient of an award for civil society and
democracy given in recognition of its lasting and sustainable
contribution to the establishment of democratic society in Macedonia
through its work for the democratic society in Macedonia through its
work for the rights of children. It has been supported by funding
from several large international donors who have chosen to continue to
fund our subsequent projects (such donors include USAID, EU Commission,
the Royal Netherlands embassy…). For the last two years our accounts
have been successfully audited by KPMG.
6. We have a
developed strategy for reaching to youth as well as principles
according to which, they can get involved in these activities. There
are approximately 500 students and they are being informed publicly for
the activities of the clubs. Professors for the same schools work with
these clubs, and they also inform their students. The Professors are
from different ethnicities, and with each activity we try to ensure
different genders, age etc.

with few organizations from Macedonia working on similar subjects:
RUBIKON, MCMS, but also other organization from the region such as:
MIRamiDA Groznjan, the Centers for nonviolent action from Belgrade and
Sarajevo and others.
