Questionnaire
1.a)
I would continue my work as a youth worker in the field of non-formal
education of children and youth that are intensively compatible to the
CoP. Actually I do trainings for children and youth for: strengthening
communication skills, non-violent communication, non-violent conflict
resolution, children’s rights, discovering and changing of stereotypes
and prejudices. I also do trainings for PEER educators, and
kindergarten and school teachers on the same themes.
b) Further skills development; Share of information about others experiences, approaches and achievements related to the CoP; Study visits…
c) To organize workshops for children and youth on the previously mentioned topics; To
organize youth meetings where youth from different countries will
participate in order to discuss, work and promote the idea of CoP; To promote the idea of CoP among youth in the region.
d) Information about available funds; Further skills development for the trainers and volunteers in the organization; Study visits for the trainers and volunteers.
2.a) To incorporate workshops on the topics related to the CoP in the regular school system; To upgrade teacher’s skills in direction of promotion of CoP among children and youth; Functional monitoring system in the schools; Intense cooperation between NGO’s working in the field of CoP, with government institutions.
b) Financial support to the organizations which are actually working on the field of CoP; Flow of information among youth; Share of know-how between youth, and youth organizations; Lobbing for strengthened cooperation between NGO sector and government institutions.
OPTIONAL QUESTIONS
3. To recognize youth leaders and to support their ideas, initiatives and activities related to the CoP in their surroundings; To cooperate with already existing youth organizations and to involve them in youth policy development on any level.
4. To administer networking between youth, youth workers and youth organizations;
5. It should be administered by the organizations working in promotion of CoP themselves.
6. By discovering youth leaders and stimulating their active participation (PEER education…) By involving young teachers in CoP activities in the schools; By
creating local centers in local communities with mission of gathering
youth activists and spreading the CoP idea, organizing various
initiatives and activities.
