Questionnaire

1. a) There are variety of activities related to a CoP which could be implemented if funds were available: first of all introductory seminars and conferences, then could follow trainings for trainers, training courses, simulation games; round table discussions on specific issues and topics, video conferences involving all interested parties, information campaigns,  professionals/ trainers working on specific topics etc.

b) First of all it would be essential to have background information, what it is? What documents related to this issue is prepared or being prepared, that T-kits – information material for trainings, as well friendly version of homepage for beginners.

c) Probably most of the activities mentioned in point a).

d) Information material, list of contacts of organizations already involved in these proceses.

2. a) In order to promote CoP at national level it should be involved in governmental programs and implementation plans; secondly it could come as priority in EU program “Youth” later on “Youth in Action” on European as well on national level.

b) First of all UN should organise conferences, seminars and video conferences. Then prepare user friendly but high quality information materials, maybe homepage.

OPTIONAL QUESTIONS

3. More attention should be devoted to these activities especially on national and regional level. Government and youth NGO should cooperate in implementing various activities.

4. Publishing information materials in various languages and spreading them to interested and possible partners and activists, preparing and launching information campaign with homepage and e newsletter.

5. The structure should involve representatives from youth sector, e.g. representative from European Youth Forum.
