1. a) If funds were available, what youth activities related to a CoP would you like to do as an individual?
I will develop a program for elementary school students during their school break, and promote CoP to them. I believe that youth, especially children at the young age are the most important entrance. They will bring CoP inside their personality forever if we start to introduce CoP at the young age.
b) What non-financial support do you need to do these activities?
Reading materials and resources for developing better activities which include creativity and critical thinking of the youth.
c) If funds were available, what youth activities related to a CoP would your organization like to do?
We already have activities with youth, which is youth camp for peace. In this activity, youth, especially from high school students and undergraduate students, involved in the activities to develop their awareness on CoP. We have involved students from across the country, especially from the conflict area. In the future we will continue develop this program and expand to the other level, including elementary students and secondary students.
d) What non-financial support does your organization need for CoP activities?
We need to build our network, especially with youth organization outside Indonesia, therefore we can learn from each other to develop a better program in promoting CoP to youth.

2. a) What changes in youth policies do you think the government/leadership in your country should make to promote a CoP?
The government should incorporate CoP in the school curriculum. Through the incorporation of CoP in the school curriculum it is not just youth (students) who will learn about CoP, but teachers (adult) also will learn together with the youth. And this cooperation will bring a better impact since CoP should be embedded not just in youth but also in everyone.
b) What CoP youth activities/initiatives do you think the UN should do?
UN as a formal institution can cooperate with the national government, especially through Ministry of Education, to ask the national government to incorporate CoP in the education system. UN with its resolution has the power to encourage the national government.

OPTIONAL QUESTIONS
3. Do you have any suggestions or recommendations for improving youth participation in CoP activities on any levels (UN, government, civil society)?
Youth should be listened by the society. Therefore, there should be a forum where youth can speak their thoughts and those thoughts should be sent to the official institution (UN, government) therefore they know that youth has the role in promoting CoP.
4. What could be done to improve/ensure transparency and flow of information in promoting the CoP?
Networking, share the information through internet could be the best way in this day. Though may be not all people have access to internet, but some might have, and they will have the responsibility to spread the information.
5. To ensure the best possible benefit of a UN Voluntary Fund for youth and CoP, how should it be managed/administered?
-
6. How can youth not yet involved in CoP activities be reached and motivated?
Promoting through school is the best way. School is the place where youth gathers.
7. a) Which other organizations do you know of, that work for a CoP?
Center for Security and Peace Studies Gadjah Mada University Indonesia, Anak Wayang Indonesia
