Nice
to talk to you the other day. I am sorry to reply so late as I was out
for business after our talk and have not found time to make the answer
so far.
I am interested in the concept of culture of peace and
feel it is an important concept given the current world situation.I
also feel very sorry as it seems that the second half of the decade for
a culture of peace is not so much advocated by the UN, governments and
the civil society. Only some civil societies are still pushing forward
the movement. So it is of great significance to creat a UN youth fund
for CoP to further promote the movement. Please keep me informed of the
process and wish you a great success.
With best regards,
Chen Huaifan Director, General Office, CPAPD
