related to the cop would you do as an individual?

ANSWER
As lthe chairman of Uganda Youth Action
Network, l would first mobilise the youth and teach
them about C.O.P activities. If funds were available, l
would recommend my organisation to sensitise the youth
about the deadly Hiv/Aids Virus so that we prevent the
early deaths among the youth.

Secondly. here in Uganda youth need some
seminars on how to engage in politics

QUESTION 2
What non financial support do you need to do these
activities?

Answer
We need some people with political science knowlegde to address the youth.

we need some computers to enforce literacy among
the youth.

Transport is also a problem to reach the youth
in rural areas where we want to sensitize them about Hiv/Aids.

As we have been at war in Northern Uganda, we
need clothings to cater for the youth who have suffered for
almost 22 years.

Question2
What changes in youth policies do you think
the Gonernment in your country should make to promote
a c.o.p

Answer.
The government of the Repulic of Uganda doesn't
take Youth as people who also need help from.

There is a bill which Government wants to bring
to parliament in that they want to abolish the
National Youth Council because they don't have money
to cater for it.

The government should support the youth in all
activities ie financially, because also they are
citizens who have developmental issues.

The government should endeavour to
register youth assocations with no strings attached to
enable  them carry out their activities.

Quetion 3
What C.O.P youth activities  do you think
UN should support?

Anwer.
The UN should let information conerning
youth be available to others in the rural areas.

The UN should support those organisations who have
political agenda concernng the youth to carry out
activies on the COP.

UN should orgaise seminars and brief the youth
about the bad or good thing they get as a result of
their involvement in politics
