1. a) If funds were available, what youth activities related to a CoP would you to do as an individual?
Developing programs and facilitating activities to support CoP among the Nigerian Rural Youth through community based organizations.
b) What non-financial support do you need to do these activities?
Information materials on CoP such as Posters, Bulletinn, Newsletters, Books, CDs, etc.
c) If funds were available, what youth activities related to a CoP would your organization like to do?
1. Peer - education
2. Communities-, Schools- and Churches- based CoP Campaigns
3. Film shows and Local Drama sketches and Play-lets to promote CoP
4. Training of Trainers Work shops, Seminars, Symposia and Competitions    (e.g. quizzes, debates, essays, drawings, etc.) on CoP.
d) What non-financial support does your organization need for CoP activities?
Information materials on CoP such as Posters, Bulletins, CDs, Books, etc.

2. a) What changes in youth policies do you think the government/leadership in your country should make to promote a CoP?
To the best of my knowledge the Policy on youth which Nigeria is currently operating has been in existence since 1990, which its formulation and implementation have been without much input of the youth, the more reason why the policy has not been able to meet the desired objectives of the country.  It is, therefore, very imperative for the government to integrate the voice of the youths of all status into decision-making systems (focusing on the youth) of the government at all levels, such should be achieved without violating the ethical values of the various communities.
b) What CoP youth activities/initiatives do you think the UN should do?
1. Inaugurating Global Network for Promoting CoP (GCoP Promo-Network) that will include all the participating agencies and organizations.
2. The Network should be actively involved in policy formulation that will give direction to the operation of CoP activities at the Local and National levels.

OPTIONAL QUESTIONS
3. Do you have any suggestions or recommendations for improving youth participation in CoP activities on any levels (UN, government, civil society)?
There is a need for creating database for CoP participating agencies/organizations and CoP activities at all levels, which will be accessible to all the participating agencies and organizations.
4. What could be done to improve/ensure transparency and flow of information in promoting the CoP?
Local participants in CoP promotion should be given a place in the information management system of the CoP and not the government agencies- “the sycophants”
5. To ensure the best possible return of a voluntary fund for youth and CoP, how should it be managed/administered?
1. It should be directly disbursed to the credible organizations (registered NGOs) possibly those listed with United Nations Online Volunteers and other UN organs.
2. These organizations are expected to administer the CoP activities in their various communities.
3. The funds should also be managed by such organizations under a very good monitoring and accounting system.
6. How can youth not yet involved in CoP activities be reached and motivated?
By continuous sensitization of relevant local youth organizations through various media
7. a) Which other organizations do you know of, that work for a CoP?
None
b) Would you be willing to contact them or may we contact them with the questionnaire? Please specify.
