1. a) If funds were available, what youth activities related to a CoP would you to do as an individual?
* Involve more people from local community to all of our projects (A,B,C). The
first (A) and second (B) Projects show that they are time and
funds consuming. The third © project need transport and exhibitions.
All of them need produce workshops with data show, power point, video
films and good music done on good audio-visual equipment;
b) What non-financial support do you need to do these activities?
* Samples, youth exchange, forum on website;
c) If funds were available, what youth activities related to a CoP would your organization like to do?
* Expand for more two areas 1. Respect for human rights; 2. Equality between women and men * Organize courses for volunteers; *
Organize more professional Headquarter than we have just now (internet,
fax, data shows, audio-visual equipment for large youth meetings).
d) What non-financial support does your organization need for CoP activities?
*
Information, invitations to international meeting, bibliothecs,
brochures, cultural and tourist editions to know better the world… or
10 good computers with internet connection 24 hours but it isn’t answer
to this question.
2. a) What changes in youth policies do you think the government/leadership in your country should make to promote a CoP?
Less corruption more transparency and respect for fundamental human rights (employment, education and health services) b) What CoP youth activities/initiatives do you think the UN should do?
Now,
most of young people very little believe of comments and opinions
express by BBC, CNN, etc. The UN should take more active position
in shaping youth world vision. Radio/TVUN Channel will be one of
solutions.

3. Do you have
any suggestions or recommendations for improving youth participation in
CoP activities on any levels (UN, government, civil society)?
Periodical
organization of CoP Jamborees/Festivals on national, regional and World
level with strong sponsorship of each government;
4. What could be done to improve/ensure transparency and flow of information in promoting the CoP?

5. To ensure the best possible return of a voluntary fund for youth and CoP, how should it be managed/administered?
In
Mozambique Rovers and former scouts are organized in Youth Brigades of
Volunteers for Development and Peace (Brigades of Solidarity) based in
community. Their projects are self administrated, sponsored by
community and controlled by local authorities.
6. How can youth not yet involved in CoP activities be reached and motivated?
We
should more trust them, organize orienteering game, be useful for
them with our knowledge and extend all kind of activities to everybody.
Open schools during weekends and churches for games, meetings and
seminars. Some old scout leaders are “hopeless” trying to present
scouting as GAME instead of SERVICE
