I
strongly recommend that at the levels mentioned above^^a network of
operatios be streched to the rural areas and peri-urban areas so that
all youth be given achance to contribute actively in these activities
instead of the all urban and major town activities we see these days.
What could be done to improve/ensure transparency and flow of information in promoting the CoP?
1)
The activities MUST not be westernised where policies are made in
developed countries and brought to poor countries^^ we call for a
global consultation before any policy is put in place. | |
| | 1) If apolicy or an activity is for the youth^^ let us
allow the youth to own the process without the interference of the so
called experts on youth affairs^^ adirection may be needed but the
youth must form the majority in management as they are the stakeholders.
To ensure the best possible return of a voluntary fund for youth and CoP, how should it be managed/administered?
1)
Ayouth commitee be put in place to steer and manage the funds with the
support and advice of youth special interest groups. | | 2) A
global representation in the management is required with adetailed
policy document that will give guidlines on how the funds should be
managed. | | 3) An independent international auditing firm to be
contracted annually to evaluate the usage of the funds and report to
the UN .

1)
Local representatives be mandeted to mobilize the youth right from the
