PROGRESS: Has your organization seen
progress toward a culture of peace and nonviolence in your domain of
action and in your constituency during the first half of the Decade? |
After
acceptance of many Declarations, programs of UNESCO, and also due to
propagation and enlightenment work on culture of the world became more
active. The problem in the friend how to speed up process of
introduction of ideas of culture of the world in consciousness of each
person living on the Earth that it became his belief, moral - ethical
quality of the person, norm of his behaviour. The analysis of practice
has led me to ideas what to speed up this process it is possible
purposefully, training in culture of the world, considering the last as
synthesis of universal values.
To learn in family preschool
establishments, school, average educational institutions, high school.
This system where each subsequent stage brings a mite in formation of
the person - peacemaker responsible not only, the country, but also for
the Planet too. Hence, the major problem of pedagogical high schools
should become preparation through system of special courses of students
- the future teachers to work on culture of the world.
Today a
polyculturality, multinationality, the world - the obvious fact. Hence,
problems of harmonization of interethnic relations, formation of
culture of interethnic dialogue will be always actual, etc. Our
experience and practice shows efficiency of such form of preparation of
the future teachers when on the second rate such special course on
culture of interethnic dialogue is read, to dialogue of cultures, etc.,
and on the third is profound the Program of culture of the world is
studied: the theory and practice. There are a lot of variants. The
success will be there where ideas of culture of the world will
penetrate curriculums of all faculties.

undertaken by your organization to promote a culture of peace and
nonviolence during the first half of the Decade?

I
and my colleagues for last years actively participated in the numerous
actions devoted to culture of the world and tolerance to dialogue of
cultures:
* Lecturing (Gajazow A. S. Ampere-second.,
Fatkullina A.F., Fatyhova R.M., Jacovleva å.á., Goumerova N.L.
Moubinova Z. F.);
* Participation in Scientific -
practical conferences (Gajazov A.S.Ampere-second., Fatkullina A.F.,
Fatyhova R.M., Karamysheva Z.S., Fyodorov P.I.);
* The international forums (Fatkulina A.F. - Norway, Australia, France, Germany, India);
* Assembly of generations (Fatkulina A.F., Janborisova Z.S., Sherstobitova L.M., Fatkulin R.H.);
* Various competitions and much, many other things
Two
years we bore the idea of creation on the basis of the Bashkir
Pedagogical State University Is information - methodical cultures of
the world. This year it started to operate. Its purposes, problems and
tasks are:
1. Gathering and analytical processing of all
accessible information for today on culture of the world (including in
foreign languages through the Internet);
2. Distribution of this information among teachers and students, Ufa call, and also teachers and librarians of republic;
3. Formation of culture of the world at student's youth in the University educational environment;
4. Modeling of educational activity on culture of the world in establishments of formation in 2005-2010. ;
5.
Development of a special course on culture of the world for students of
all faculties of the Bashkir State Pedagogical University;
6. Carrying out of scientific - practical conferences, round tables, seminars;
7. The organization of voluntary works of students on the basis of children's years (summer) camps of work and rest;
8. Carrying out of festivals, competitions, actions, shares, presentations, holidays;
9. Creation of a site on the Internet;
10.
Development, Manufacture (together with Institute of Pedagogic) the
scientific concept of education in patriotic spirit, nonviolence’s and
tolerances.
I have touched only some aspects of the vision of so
many-sided problem as culture of the world, having emphasized, how
faster to inform ideas of culture of the world up to the person, having
made its moral core of his person. Our researches and practice of a
life convince us that formation, education - the basic means of
formation of culture of the world, the shortest way in the decision of
its basic purpose - to distribute and strengthen idea of protection of
the world in consciousness of people.

Our
researches and practice of a life convince us that formation, education
- the basic means of formation of culture of the world, the shortest
way in the decision of its basic purpose - to distribute and strengthen
idea of protection of the world in consciousness of people.
Student
teaching socially useful activity will allow applying practically the
knowledge received on special courses and special seminars, to develop
skills of vision of this work. Working teachers can fill up the
knowledge on culture of the world through all possible courses of
improvement of qualification of workers of national education. The
purpose of marks of these efforts in the statement of idea about
culture of the world, as priority value of modern educational activity.
