* Development of extensive expertise in administration and determination of in-demand services. *
Conduction of productive projects by forging partnerships with the
private sector nationally and internationally so as to invest financial
and human resources.

Setting up a 5-year strategy having specific annual goals, to be
reviewed and evaluated according to approved goal achievement measures

Major obstacles encountered : lack of funding sources

ACTIONS: What actions have been
undertaken by your organization to promote a culture of peace and

Action areas : * Maintaining family coherence and improving the mode of life. * Boosting the economic and social situation of low-income families * Providing training and job opportunities by launching productive and developmental projects * Raising awareness on negative community attitudes by all possible means (seminars, studies, conferences, lectures) Most important activities developed :
* Training and orientation programmes. *
Launching productive projects such as H.H. Shaykha Haya bint Naser
Factory for Industrial Stitching; the Qatari-Korean Knitting Company
and al-Sindala for Gift and Souvenir Production. * Working on the establishment of a training centre for micro enterprises.
