PROGRESS: Has your organization seen
progress toward a culture of peace and nonviolence in your domain of
action and in your constituency during the first half of the Decade? |
an
hungry man is an angry man. so that's why they says; hunger breeds
annoyance. the more poverty issues solved the more peace secured.
everybody love to enjoy life, but what life do you enjoy when there is
no financial freedom.
The more youth we empower with information
and sustainable skill to attain independece the more the peace that is
secured in our community.
There is progress, not that it is at
the maximum level but things are improving. Young people are getting to
know each day that they have a destiny to fulfil through our caimpagn
and training programs. Nobody wants to get involved in dangerous
activities any longer. food security is peace security.

OBSTACLES: What are the most important obstacles that have prevented progress?

Lack of funds to finance developmental project.
lack
of support and interest for youth organisation. i.e No mentoring,
denied access and participation in places of decision making for
effctive gorvance.
