Yes : * Great popular interest in our activities * Achievement of positive results in the executed projects * Raising awareness among community members
Measures of success: * Women's positive response to illiteracy elimination classes * Joining of all the girls enrolled in the centre. * Decrease of the death rates of mothers and children. * Limitation of plastic waste discharge.

OBSTACLES: What are the most important obstacles that have prevented progress?

Institutional constraints: * Prevalence of partisanship and tribalism * Difficulty to get necessary funding * Poor budget of local communities * Rise in illiteracy among the public electorate Thematic constraints: * Conflict between the Association's perspectives and traditional cultural beliefs and practices * Absence of dynamism and initiative * Absence of infrastructure for civil work Legal constraints: * Complexity and overlap of laws pertaining to civil societies funding.
Human constraints: * Lack of professionalism * Weak inter-association partnerships * Absence of strategies for civil societies

* Women unwillingness to take part in illiteracy elimination classes * Not joining the centre despite the facilities provided * No change in the death rates of mothers and children * Spread of plastic waste discharge
