New specialities were developed in technical high schools according to
job market needs (such as carpentry, technical and administrative
assistance)
* Development of a medical education programme to encompass the Association's surrounding environment
* Active participation in conferences and seminars on civil work, sustainable development and protection of school dropouts.

* High positive response to the activities
* Application of monitoring standards according to the type of activity conducted.

* Low cultural level of target beneficiaries of the different activities
* Traditional attitudes and practices sometimes hinder development
