PROGRESS: Has your organization seen progress toward a culture of peace and nonviolence in your domain of action and in your constituency during the first half of the Decade?

The International UNESCO Chair ‘Human Rights, Peace, Democracy, Tolerance and International Understanding’ at the National University of ‘Kyiv-Mohyla Academy’ [UKMA] was founded according to the Memorandum of Co-operation between the Government of Ukraine and UNESCO [1997], and is effective by virtue of the bilateral Agreement between UNESCO and UKMA [1998]...
