PROGRESS: Has your organization seen
progress toward a culture of peace and nonviolence in your domain of
action and in your constituency during the first half of the Decade? |
Yes.
We work hard to show to doctors and patients that is really
important live in peace each other, walking side by side to found
the benefits of the health around the world. Docs and
patients are not enemies.

OBSTACLES: What are the most important obstacles that have prevented progress?
|
However,
M.Doctors still resist to watch seminaries about simple things like how
to avoid infections, washing their hands before touch the patient and
others things like that.
|
ACTIONS: What actions have been
undertaken by your organization to promote a culture of peace and
nonviolence during the first half of the Decade?
|
We
did invite Doctors in Minas Gerais, Brazil to these seminaries and
we'll do more and more to get participation in this project that is to
acess all the information they can. It means not only academics
subjects, but practical too. Wer'e working for eight
years this way, searching for docs who really care to a Healthy life
and want also to motivate their colleagues for this
project.

PARTNERSHIPS: What partnerships and
networks does your organization participate in, thus strengthening the
global movement for a culture of peace? |
We've
got help from the Johns Hopkins University of baltimore, U.S.A,
receiving materials about AIDS, CANCER and anothers diseases and
international campaigns. Also we have accords with several authoryties about subjetc HEALTH.

planned by your organization to promote a culture of peace and
nonviolence in the second half of the Decade (2005-2010)? |
We 'll give to all information that is very important to the citizen's rights.Forever.
