| PROGRESS: Has your organization seen
progress toward a culture of peace and nonviolence in your domain of
action and in your constituency during the first half of the Decade?
 | yes
we have noticed progress; our work is in the area of health and
psychsocial programs and peace building; we have developed a health and
peace-buidling filter that we are currently trialling; it's objective
is to assist in assuring that these programs are developed and
implemented with a culture of peace focus as central.

 | large national govt priorities conflicting with local peace building capacities;
 lack of funding for significant and long term endeavors in peace building

 | encourage
increased action and support for peace buidling initiatives, in
particular from large nations, but without the the ties to their own
national agendas which confound the situations; increased weight for
independent third party assessments and management.
